RIP Major Brian Michael Mescall '97
Major Brian Mescall was the 14th Citadel graduate to pay the ultimate price in the War on Terror. He wore The Ring.....
The ultimate sacrifice. I hope the rest of the country recognizes the importance of each and every one of these events. Without the soldiers none of us would have the freedoms we enjoy.
